"My husband and I were looking to buy a home in the Antelope Valley, but we didn’t really have a feel for what the Valley had to offer. We knew that we wanted to get a home that had a bit of land, offered privacy and had the room to accommodate large family gatherings. Oh! And it had to have a view!
Well if you know the Antelope Valley, you know that that is a tall order to fill. We happened to see a listing in our neighborhood by Priyam Rajapaksa and gave her a call. The few homes that were on the market there were selling at top dollar—and fast. We made a bid on a house that fit our requirements, but it was topped by an “all-cash” buyer.
